OUR GUARANTEE: We include a guarantee with all of our contracts. We will customize our guarantee for your specific situation. The following is what we usually include in our contracts.
SAMPLE GUARANTEE: If one of MEDNEX' candidates leaves Client's employment or is terminated for cause within three (3) months MEDNEX will do one of the following:

Replace the position one time at no additional charges. If the salary increases, the difference will be charged.

Issue a credit which will be valid for a period of six (6) months for the full fee to be used toward a future placement.
